Main duties include: Responding to enquiries via the various mediums. Track and monitor projects for future potential and establish main contacts within the relevant procurement teams and project management. Sell solutions not just product. Follow up quotations, and others as directed. Update and maintain the company C.R.M. software. Help maintain maximum profitability, and continued sales growth. Based on individual and company targets. Inputting sales orders. Marketing assistance where required. Resolve customer queries and or complaints in accordance with company and Quality procedures.
