Job Title: Sales Lead – Children’s Activity Sector

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Lead with sector knowledge of the children’s activity space - someone who knows how these organisations operate and what makes them tick. This role is perfect for an experienced Account Executive ready to step up into leadership while still owning a pipeline and closing deals. You’ll manage and coach a growing sales team, bring commercial insight to strategic decisions, and ensure we stay ahead of the curve in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership
* Contribute to sales strategy and go-to-market planning
* Set and deliver sales targets across the team
* Own and report on sales forecasting to the wider business
* Monitor the competitive landscape and feed insights back into our positioning
Team Management & Coaching
* Lead and coach both SDRs and AEs to hit their KPIs and grow professionally
* Conduct monthly 1:1s, performance reviews, and support career progression
* Recruit and onboard new team members as we scale
* Maintain and enforce the commission and incentive scheme
* Set clear KPIs and ensure accountability across the team
Sales Process & Execution
* Own and optimise the sales funnel from lead to close
* Approve customer contracts and ensure commercial alignment
* Lead by example with your own active pipeline
* Ensure smooth handovers to onboarding and account management teams
* Bring the “voice of the customer” into product and GTM discussions
What We’re Looking For
* Proven success as a SaaS Account Executive, ideally within a scale-up or fast-growth environment
* Strong understanding of the children’s activity sector (e.g. franchises, swim schools, gymnastics clubs, etc.)
* A natural coach with a collaborative approach to leadership
* Comfortable balancing sales execution with team management
* Commercially astute and confident influencing across departments
* Organised, data-led and proactive in driving improvements
* Strong communicator and customer advocate
