Deputy Residential Manager-GBP16.99-Sleaford
Salary: GBP16.99 per hour, plus a quarterly bonus of 10% based on SMART objectives
Hours: Full Time 7am-7pm, 3-4 days a week and alternate weekends
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join a well-established care home near Sleaford. This a 35 bed service provides high-quality residential, nursing, and dementia care in a welcoming and homely environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Home Manager in maintaining high standards of care and compliance
* Lead and motivate the care team, setting a positive example and encouraging ongoing development
* Oversee and maintain accurate care plans, ensuring monthly reviews are completed
* Ensure safe, timely, and compliant medication management including audits and returns
* Promote a positive and person-centred culture within the home
* Uphold safeguarding policies and support the prevention of abuse
Essential Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
* At least three years experience in a senior care role within a residential or nursing home
* Strong skills in writing and reviewing care plans
* Good understanding of safeguarding practices and procedures
* Proven ability to conduct effective staff one-to-ones and supervisions
Preferred Requirements:
* Experience in a similar Deputy or leadership role
* At least one year of experience working with dementia care
* Supervisory experience within a care setting
* NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care or above
* Full UK driving licence
