LEV Inspection Engineer (P601 Qualified) Location: Erith- London Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday + overtime available. We are looking for an LEV Inspection Engineer to join our Plymouth team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about safety, enjoys working independently and takes pride in delivering high-quality inspection services. Our Inspection Engineers are trusted by customers to provide expert advice, accurate reporting and dependable service.
What you will do
* Carry out the thorough examination and testing of LEV systems in accordance with BOHS guidance and COSHH regulations and industry standards.
* Produce accurate reports and certification following inspections.
* Identify faults, inefficiencies or non-compliance and provide clear recommendations.
* Advise customers on system performance and maintenance requirements.
* Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally and in line with company procedures.
* Manage your own workload and plan site visits efficiently.
* Build strong, professional relationships with customers.
* Support Lloyds British and Speedy's ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
What we’re looking for
* BOHS P601 qualification (essential)
* A full UK driving licence
* Experience working with LEV systems in a testing or inspection environment (preferred)
* A strong understanding of COSHH and ventilation compliance
* Excellent attention to detail and reporting accuracy
* A professional and customer-focused approach
* Strong communication skills
* A proactive, organised and reliable working style
