We're supporting a major organisation in recruiting a Regional HR Advisor to cover a 12-month maternity leave. This is a full time position paying £45k + company car and is due to start in January. A regional role, this will cover sites mainly across the Midlands and North West.
This is a hybrid position, spending around three days per week on-site across regional locations, with the rest of the time working remotely. You'll be a trusted partner to managers, providing practical, solutions-focused HR support and confident ER advice.
Daily duties:
* Managing a diverse ER caseload from start to finish
* Coaching and upskilling managers to build confidence in handling people matters
* Supporting the full employee lifecycle and promoting a positive colleague experience
* Building strong, credible relationships with operational teams
* Using ER trends and data insights to drive improvements
* Ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies
* Maintaining accurate HR administration in a fast-paced environment
Experience required:
1. Strong HR Advisor experience with solid, hands-on ER exposure
2. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
3. Confident working with HR systems (Workday experience desirable)
