Research Assistant (RehabAI Project)

Salary £27,246 - £28,608 per annum
Full time, 12 months fixed-term contact


About the Role

You will support the delivery of the externally funded EPSRC EMERGE RehabTech Rehab AI project. The role will contribute to applied research in artificial intelligence, data-driven decision support, and digital health, working closely with academic staff, clinicians, and industry partners. You will play a key role in data analysis, machine learning model development, prototype validation, and stakeholder engagement activities aligned with the project’s objectives.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an early career researcher or recent graduate to gain experience in applied AI research within a collaborative and impact-focused academic environment, contributing to research activity aligned with Unit of Assessment B11 (Computer Science and Informatics).
