Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join the Early Years team. The successful candidate will:
* Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging EYFS activities.
* Assist with one-to-one and small group interventions.
* Help maintain a safe, stimulating classroom environment.
* Monitor and record children’s progress in line with EYFS framework.
* Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing among pupils.

Ideal Candidate:
* EYFS qualified or willing to complete relevant CPD.
* Previous experience in an EYFS setting within a primary school or nursery.
* Strong understanding of child development and safeguarding.
* Positive, proactive, and able to work collaboratively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
