We are seeking a diligent and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our fast-paced warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking products for delivery to ensure timely and efficient distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately pick products from designated locations according to delivery orders and instructions.
2. Ensure that the correct products and quantities are selected and prepared for dispatch.
3. Maintain high standards of quality in picking processes to minimize errors.
4. Organize and stage picked products for loading and shipping.
5. Assist in the upkeep and organization of the warehouse facility.
6. Comply with company safety policies and procedures at all times.
7. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational targets.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
* Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items when required.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings if needed.
