Job Description
Salary: £12.21 per hour. Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week). Shifts: 7:30am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–10:00pm (rota-based across weekdays and weekends). Driving Licence: Full UK Manual.

Support is tailored to each person’s unique needs, helping them live more independently in their homes and communities.
Your Responsibilities as a Support Worker
* Personal care and wellbeing
* Meal planning and preparation
* Household tasks
* Hobbies, activities, and social events
* Building confidence and independence
* Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needsMaintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with your team
Please note: You will be working on a rota basis, and shift patterns are assigned—you will not be able to select your own shifts.
