Location: Buckingham
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 07:30 17:30
Friday: 07:30 11:30 (Early finish for a long weekend!)

Due to continued growth, we are now recruiting Machine Operators to join their dynamic production team.
Your Role:
As a Production Line Machine Operator, youll be responsible for:
1. Operating and overseeing machinery across various production zones
2. Ensuring products meet high-quality standards
3. Managing machine changeovers and reporting downtime
4. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
5. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
6. Mentoring new team members and contributing to team success
What We are Looking For:
7. Strong attention to detail
8. Excellent team player with good communication skills
9. Experience in machine operation or industrial production (timber industry experience is a plus)
10. Willingness to learn and grow within the company
