£45 to £55 per hour- Residential and Commercial experience

You will need:
- at least 1- years' previous property law experience is preferred with strong technical ability;
- Commitment to delivering high quality legal advice and service to clients;
- to be disciplined and organised;
- to be hard working and diligent;
- to have the ability to communicate effectively;
- to be motivated, "can-do" attitude;
- to be a team player but also able to manage own case-load without supervision; and
- to have the ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure.
