We have sustained one of the highest customer satisfaction and retention rates within the industry by focusing on the precise needs of our clients.You will be joining a busy, proactive team of brokers who specialise in Commercial Insurance.Brown and Brown Insurance focuses heavily on training and development and a full induction and training plan will be provided to successful applicants.**On a day-to-day basis you’ll be:*** Converting new business and renewals in line with or in excess of company targets.* Preparing market presentations.* Liaising with insurers and clients pre and post-sale.* Checking covers, warranties, endorsements to ensure that they are correct and in line with quotations provided.* Mid-term adjustments.* Incoming and outbound call handling.* Corresponding and communicating with clients and insurance companies.* Cross selling other products.* Maintaining day to day compliance procedures for FCA regulation.* Effectively managing individual diary.* Managing personal work workflow effectively and efficiently.* Maintaining a complete and comprehensive training record.* Sharing ideas or suggestions for business improvement with management.* Advising manager of any backlog in work in a timely manner.* Advising manager of any debt recovery problems or contentious issues in a timely manner.**The rewards:** An excellent base salary + Benefits (24 days holiday rising to 27 + Bank Holidays, Pension, DIS and a range of flexible benefits through our Reward Gateway Platform) A relaxed and client focused environment within a team that is passionate about agriculture and retains the family feel to it. Full support for ongoing professional development (including qualifications) Access to the annual company share save scheme.**About you:**The successful candidate for the Private Clients Account Executive will ideally have a minimum of 3 years insurance experience.experience with strong technical knowledge of:* The Private Clients Household Market* The Private Clients Motor Market* The Private Clients Travel market* The candidate will also be CERT CII qualified, or part qualified with the desire to complete. However, the candidate may also be a high performing non insurance sales executive looking for the next steps in their career.The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following skills:* Strong negotiation skills.* Effective communication, both written and verbal.* Ability to work alone and as part of a team.* High attention to detail.* Form and develop strong insurer and client relationships.* Time management and organisational skills.* Good customer service.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
