About the Role We are looking for a compassionate Family Worker to support parents, carers, children and families facing a range of challenges. You will provide targeted one-to-one support, group-based interventions and family-focused casework, helping families to build resilience, improve relationships and access the right support at the right time. You will work closely with families to identify needs, reduce risk and promote positive outcomes, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure coordinated, person-centred support. The role requires flexibility, including some evening and weekend working to meet family needs.
