BRB Electrical Ltd is seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our busy, supporting our Social Housing projects. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations — from logging new jobs and scheduling appointments to liaising with engineers, suppliers, and clients. As part of a dynamic and supportive team, you’ll provide full administrative support, ensuring all project administration tasks are completed accurately and efficiently in line with company and client processes. Key Responsibilities · Answer incoming calls and log new jobs on our in-house system and client portals · Arrange appointments and communicate with engineers, clients, and suppliers · Handle first-line customer complaints professionally and efficiently · Maintain and update electronic records and project documentation · Order and monitor materials for ongoing jobs · Produce essential formal documentation and reports · Participate in weekly client catch-up meetings · Ensure data accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks · Manage time effectively and prioritise workload to meet deadlines · Use Microsoft Office packages confidently and efficiently The Ideal Candidate Will Have: · Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative position · Proven experience in a busy office environment · Excellent communication and organisational skills · A proactive and professional approach to problem-solving · Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office · Ability to work both independently and as part of a team · A commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service A Basic Disclosure Check will be required.
