We’re looking for a skilled and proactive 3rd Line Support Engineer to join a thriving IT services team supporting schools across the UK. This is a great opportunity to use your technical expertise to make a real impact in the education sector.
What you’ll do:
* Provide 2nd & 3rd line support, acting as the main technical escalation point
* Resolve complex IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to school operations
* Mentor 1st and 2nd line colleagues
* Lead IT projects from planning to implementation
* Support internal networks and deliver staff training as needed
What you’ll bring:
* Strong experience with Windows Server, AD, Hyper-V, and Office365/Azure
* Excellent troubleshooting skills and confident decision-making under pressure
