Robert Half Finance and Accounting is currently recruiting a Pensions Technician to join a growing professional services company located in North Bristol. The role offers a very competitive package for the right candidate:
Up to £38,000 plus excellent benefits
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Responding to technical queries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
* Preparation and sign-off of benefit calculations
* Checking scheme documentation for errors and making necessary corrections
* Preparation and sign-off of Pension Led Funding Calculations
* Assisting with various projects as needed
* Liaising with solicitors when required
* Conducting due diligence on suppliers
* Providing regulatory support as necessary
* Training other team members
* Performing other ad hoc tasks and duties
Candidate Profile:
You should have a thorough understanding of SIPP and SSAS Pension Schemes, HMRC legislation, and FCA regulations, with broad knowledge of pensions and benefits. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go above and beyond to provide excellent service are essential.
* Hybrid working: 1 day in the office per week
* Flexitime and a 37.5-hour workweek
* Salary up to £36,000
