We are looking for a HR Operations Manager to be at the forefront of driving new HR Systems and digitalisation. There are plans to replace the current HR System, therefore this will be a technology will be at the heart of the role. Innovation is always at the forefront, so this person will have a tech-focused mindset to improve process efficiency and service delivery, ensuring seamless HR service delivery and strong employee experience.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities:
* This role has more of the technical focus it will have responsibility for the HRIS & Payroll system implementation, and also all other HR systems in terms of data management (covering circa 1100 employees), system renewals management & budgeting
* Continuous improvement of technologies (exiting and new) to enhance people performance/efficiencies/experience
* HR Data analytics and reporting to the business (all levels) on all aspects of HR (Operations, BP, TA, L&D, People Exp) – pulling data from various systems into a Power BI
* Management of the HR Operations team to deliver an excellent experience through the employment lifecycle
* Data analysis, KPI development & performance of Operations team
* Compliance, contract management, policies and related processes
* Workforce planning, headcount/budget management & forecasting
* Internal/external audits
* People management skills
