Job Title: Commercial Sales Executive Location: Yeadon Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 base salary uncapped commission (£60,000 OTE) Hours : Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm We are seeking a Commercial Sales Executive to join a forward thinking and growing independent insurance broker. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to manage a portfolio of existing clients while contributing to business development in a supportive environment. Key responsibilities of Commercial Sales Executive: Manage and nurture relationships with existing commercial insurance clients. Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities where required. Respond to warm inbound leads and convert them into active business. Prepare and present tailored insurance proposals based on client needs. Handle policy renewals and ensure high client retention rates. Liaise with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and premiums. Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Experience as Commercial Sales Executive required: Proven experience within a sales role, insurance sector preferred but not essential! Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and the market Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills In return, you will receive a competitive base salary between £28,000 and £35,000, depending on experience and 10% commission on all new business and renewals (OTE £60,000).
