What You Will Do
As a Value Stream Manager, you’ll take ownership of multiple global customer accounts, overseeing both development engineering and production programmes. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver complex projects on time and within budget, while ensuring strong customer focus and business alignment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing engineering and production programmes across the full lifecycle
* Leading cross-functional teams to meet delivery, cost, and quality targets
* Acting as the key point of contact for global customer accounts
* Driving earned value performance (SPI, CPI) and managing risk and opportunites
* Delivering monthly programme updates and financial performance report
* Building and maintaining internal and external relationships
* Supporting strategic business planning and initiatives

Qualifications We Prefer
* Degree qualified
* Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM)
* PMI or APM certification
