Type: Full-Time contract for 3 months with the opportunity to extend

Role Overview
As Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of both SILK Search and adjacent ventures. You’ll provide strategic support across executive search mandates, client communications, scheduling, research, and project coordination.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance, detail-driven setting and enjoys working closely with senior leadership. The role requires maturity, discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with calm efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
* Manage a complex, ever-changing calendar of meetings, interviews, and travel
* Coordinate across international time zones and multiple projects
* Prepare briefing packs, agendas, and follow-ups for client and candidate meetings
* Organise detailed travel itineraries and logistics
* Draft clear, polished communications, presentations, and reports
* Liaise with high-level clients and candidates, often at board or C-suite level
* Represent SILK Search with professionalism, discretion, and warmth
Search Process Support
* Track the progress of executive searches and manage candidate pipelines
* Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communication
* Support the preparation of client deliverables including market maps, shortlists, and reference summaries
Operations & Admin
* Maintain and update CRM systems and databases
* Assist with internal operations and the coordination of ongoing projects
* Provide light personal assistance support where required (e.g. diary, logistics, events)
* Contribute to the organisation of team or client-facing events
Candidate Profile
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3+ years supporting a senior executive or leadership team in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
* Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and external partners
* Strong organisational and multitasking ability
* High attention to detail and follow-through
* Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM/database experience a plus
* Discreet, emotionally intelligent, and solutions-oriented
* Experience in executive search, fashion/luxury, or a creative sector
* Interest in leadership, design, entrepreneurship, or the business of creativity
* A proactive, resourceful mindset with a flexible and calm presence
