Key Duties Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications. Motivate and support the kitchen team. Receive deliveries and store food items safely. Complete temperature checks and ensure all food safety standards are maintained. Follow portion control guidelines and record all waste accurately. Work safely at all times, observing Health & Safety procedures. Report accidents, incidents, or hazards promptly. Requirements Basic Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification (essential). Proven experience working as a Chef or in a busy kitchen environment. Ability to work safely, efficiently, and as part of a team. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
