What makes you great
* England and Wales: You have five GCSEs grade A*–C (9–4) and a minimum of two A-levels or a level 3 equivalent qualification
* Scotland: You have five National 5 qualifications at grade A*–C and a minimum of two Scottish Highers
* You have to have resided within the UK or Scotland for a minimum of 3 years, aligned to the apprenticeship guidelines
* You have a passion for developing and learning new skills and knowledge
* You bring a collaborative spirit and enjoy working with others as part of a team
* Lastly, you have a good level of communication skills
