Responsibilities
* Provide personalised care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and safety.
* Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal hygiene.
* Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with family members.
* Support clients with mobility and behavior management, ensuring a respectful and compassionate approach.
Qualifications
* Relevant care experience in home care settings
* NVQ qualification in health and social care
* Skills in assisted living and patient care
* Experience with Alzheimer's, dementia, and hospice care
* Proficient in medication administration and first aid
* Ability to manage behavior
* Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
