Veterinary Surgeon (Imaging Bias) - East Yorkshire
Are you a Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for diagnostic imaging? This role offers access to advanced diagnostic imaging, including CT, digital endoscopy, ultrasound and more. It is based in a purpose-built 24-hour hospital with dedicated exotic, cat, dog and isolation wards, with flexible working hours and a supportive, experienced team. The position provides an excellent salary up to £72,000 and a dedicated night service with no out-of-hours required.
Responsibilities and Environment
* Join a busy and varied small animal hospital to support diagnostic imaging and collaborative clinical work.
* Work within a purpose-built facility with dedicated wards and three fully equipped operating theatres.
* Utilise a diagnostic imaging suite including ultrasound, Doppler, digital x-ray, various digital endoscopes (including rhinoscopy and arthroscopy), diagnostic ECG, and a state-of-the-art CT scanner.
* Participate in hydrotherapy, an underwater treadmill, and laser therapy as part of the service offering.
* Collaborate with a supportive Lead Vet, Head Nurse, Practice Manager, and Clinical Vets/RVNs, covered by SVN and admin staff and a dedicated night team for out-of-hours care.
* Engage in flexible working arrangements (full-time or part-time) and contribute to creating a rota that supports work-life balance.
* Relocation support available for candidates moving >60 miles from their current UK address or relocating from overseas.

Nestled in a picturesque village seven miles from Hull and two miles from the Humber Estuary, the practice offers access to countryside, historic architecture, walking trails, and a welcoming community with proximity to a vibrant city.
