Supply Teacher – Flexible Work (Full Time or Part Time)

We’re working with a range of secondary schools across Bath and NE Somerset who need reliable supply teachers for daily and short‑term cover. Whether you want a few days a week or a full timetable, we’ll help you find something that works for you.
The best part? You don’t need QTS. If you’ve got experience working with children and the confidence to lead a classroom, we’d love to hear from you.
What the role looks like
No two days are the same.
* Delivering pre‑planned lessons and keeping pupils engaged

We’re looking for people who
* Have experience working with children (schools, clubs, coaching, youth work or similar)
* Are confident leading a group and keeping learning on track
* Can think on their feet and adapt to new environments
* Bring a positive, calm presence to the classroom
Qualified teachers are absolutely welcome, but you don’t need QTS to apply.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
