With millions of customer touchpoints across web, app, and physical locations, they’re investing heavily in building a best-in-class analytics function to better understand and optimise the full customer experience. The Role As Digital Analyst, you’ll sit at the intersection of digital and customer data—owning the analysis of online journeys across multiple platforms. You’ll use GA4 to uncover actionable insights, while also blending online and offline datasets using SQL to drive deeper business intelligence across channels. It’s a high-impact role with visibility across marketing, digital product, and data teams.
