The Role
An established organisation based in Crawley is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high level support to their professional services team. This is a hybrid position, offering an excellent opportunity for a proactive and highly organised PA who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, corporate environment with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing comprehensive PA support
* Managing complex diaries, meetings and schedules
* Preparing, formatting and coordinating formal documentation and correspondence
* Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
* Organising meetings, preparing agendas and recording actions
* Inbox management, prioritisation and follow‑up
* Ad‑hoc administrative support across the wider professional services function
About You
You will be an experienced Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator with a background supporting senior professionals in a corporate or regulated environment.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in a PA / EA role
* Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders and managing confidentiality
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Confident managing multiple priorities in a professional services setting
* Adaptable, detail‑oriented and discreet
