Welder Fabricator - Up to £ - Overtime Paid - Witham
We're recruiting for a growing truck body manufacturer based in Witham that's looking to add skilled Welder Fabricators to their expanding team.
If you've got experience in MIG welding, fabrication, and a background in coachbuilding, trailer building, or automotive work, this is a solid opportunity to join a company that values hands-on talent and quality craftsmanship.
What's on Offer:
1. Up to £ per hour (depending on experience)
2. Overtime available: 1.33x (weekdays) & 1.5x (Saturdays)
3. Free on-site parking
4. Permanent, full-time role
5. Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
The Role:
6. MIG welding on custom truck bodies
7. General fabrication using hand and power tools
8. Operating fabrication machinery
9. Reading and working from engineering drawings
What We're Looking For:
10. Proven MIG welding & fabrication experience
11. Background in automotive, trailer, or coachbuilding work preferred
12. Confident using fabrication equipment and working from drawings
