About the Role You will handle a range of Family law matters, managing your own caseload while supporting the department head in achieving its strategic goals. This role offers a blend of hands-on legal work and opportunities to contribute to business development. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct Family law matters for a diverse client base * Achieve individual billing and fee-earning targets * Maintain accurate, compliant client files and records * Identify and develop new fee-earning opportunities * Collaborate across teams, cross-referring work where appropriate * Support departmental marketing and business development initiatives * Stay current with changes in Family law and practice About You You are a confident and experienced Family solicitor with the ability to manage your own workload independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
