Customer Service Advisor / Admin (Polish & English Speaking)
Location: Halifax Office
We are looking for an enthusiastic Polish and English-speaking Customer Service Advisor / Admin to join our growing team in Halifax. You will support our customers, handle queries, and ensure a high standard of service across all communication channels. This is a great opportunity to become part of a friendly and dynamic office team.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain, update, and list new products on the website
* Respond to customer emails and phone calls in a polite and timely manner
* Provide accurate, professional responses to inquiries
* Deliver excellent customer service at all times
* Investigate customer issues and take appropriate action quickly
* Process orders and returns efficiently
* Track orders using our internal systems
* Keep clear records of all customer interactions, transactions, and complaints
Requirements:
* Fluent in spoken and written Polish and English
* Strong communication skills with a confident, friendly telephone manner
* Experience with Microsoft Office, Gmail, and similar tools
* Knowledge of Shopify eCommerce platform (product listings, order processing, returns)
* Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Previous customer service or admin experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
