Chef Positions – Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Solo Chef
All applicants must have full and unrestricted working rights within Australia or New Zealand.
We are looking for experienced chefs to join our teams at resorts, hotels and pubs across the North and South Islands of New Zealand and Australia.
Resorts – Contract & Ongoing Opportunities
* Work as part of a team of approximately 10+ chefs
* Fine Dining/Upmarket Resort environment
* Lunch and Dinner service
* Current 4–8 week contracts, with ongoing opportunities upon successful completion
Hotels / Pubs / Resorts – Flexible & Ongoing Contracts
* Solo Chef, Senior Chef or Chef de Partie roles
* A la carte style food delivery
* Split shifts
* 4+ week contracts, year‑round availability
Qualifications
* Trade qualified chef with at least 3–5 years of experience
* Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
* Consistent quality production and attention to detail
* Positive, "can‑do" attitude
* Own traditional chef’s uniform and knives
* Experience in a la carte dining or bulk cooking
* Experience assisting with menu planning and suggestions
* Passion and enthusiasm to motivate yourself and a team
