Ackerman Pierce is currently supporting a leading local authority who are looking to recruit a Approved Mental Health Practitioner based in West Sussex. This will be on a permanent basis paying £45,441 - £48,474 P/Annum Responsibilities include: Working with Vulnerable Adults with Mental Health To undertake statutory duties related to the care of adults and of their carers asdefined in the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Mental Health Act 1983 To keep up-to-date with developments, products and information relating to theservice and the rest of the council to ensure that appropriate and timely information is given to customers. To ensure proportionate risk assessments for both the customer and the carerassociated with any support plan have been carried out.
