Our client is seeking an additional Paraplanner to join their team. The successful candidate will collaborate with Financial Advisers, prepare and maintain client files, provide recommendations, and review client financial strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Verify that all compliance paperwork is complete.
2. Ensure client risk profiles are established.
3. Discuss client objectives with Financial Advisers.
4. Gather information to compile financial cash flow forecasts.
5. Identify planning opportunities.
6. Conduct research independently and with Advisers to find suitable solutions.
7. Prepare analysis and comparison reports for planners.
8. Coordinate with clients’ legal and tax advisers when applicable.
9. Consider asset allocation strategies aligned with client risk profiles.
10. Draft recommendation reports for review and approval by planners.
11. Prepare suitability letters based on approved recommendations.
12. Ensure all compliance documentation is in order.
13. Implement clients’ investment changes as instructed.
14. Act as the main contact point, managing client queries effectively.
15. Build and maintain strong client relationships and attend meetings as needed.
16. Organize future planning meetings with clients.
17. Send updated planning figures for review before meetings.
18. Initiate review meetings with clients.
