Join our pool of Exam Invigilators. You’ll supervise and support exams, ensuring students’ needs are met and that exams are run with integrity. You’ll be responsible for confidential exam papers and student/assessment records, so you need to be totally professional and trustworthy. If you’re great at communicating with young people and are equally happy working on your own or in a team, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
* Supervise exams and support students to ensure the smooth running of sessions.
* Handle confidential exam papers and student/assessment records with professionalism and discretion.
* Work as part of a team or independently as required and communicate effectively with students and staff.
Contract periods and hours
This year we have work available in January 2026 and April to June 2026. There are also hours available outside these periods throughout the academic year. This is a variable hours contract, so work isn’t available all day, every day. Exam sessions start in the morning somewhere between 7:30am and 8:45am, and in the afternoon from 12 noon – 1:00pm onwards. Each session lasts roughly 3–4 hours. We’re specifically looking to recruit invigilators who can provide a service each year.
