Overview
Preparing and cooking a full English breakfast for 220 students buffet style; preparing a salad bar with fresh salad items plus compound salads and protein items for 500 students. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety. Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Support the kitchen with clean-down. This role requires someone who is well organised, can think for themselves, and has experience in both breakfast and salad preparation areas. A high level of cleanliness and hygiene, experience in education catering (preferred), a progressive career to date, up-to-date knowledge of current food trends, and a real passion for food and customer service.
