We're looking for an experienced HGV Fitter/Mechanic to join us at our site in Motherwell.You'll be working the Monday to Friday Day Shift. Our hours of cover are 06.00 : 18.00 split into 2 shifts 06.00 : 15.30 and 08.30 : 18.00.You'll be working with an established team on a diverse range of vehicles and trailers including MAN, Renault and Mercedes.We'll need you to have your City and Guilds 1, 2 and 3 (or equivalent), experience in fault diagnosis and repair as well as stripping, fitting and replacing components. Preferably, you'll have C+E entitlement on your licence, however, this isn't essential. As the contract can have some irregularity of hours, you'll need to have a flexible approach.

:Carry out MOT preparations, servicing and repairs on our fleet of HGVs
:Diagnose faults on vehicles
What you need to succeed at XPO:
:Proven experience in an HGV Fitter/Mechanic role
:Relevant HGV mechanic qualification, such as BTEC or City and Guilds (desirable)
:A full UK driving licence with C+E entitlement (desirable)
