Position: Packing Operative
Shift: 5.45am - 1.45pm Monday to Friday (Static morning shift)
Location: Banbury
Hourly Pay Rates: £12.21 increasing to £12.88 after 12 weeks

We are currently recruiting for seasonal Packing Operatives to work at the Banbury site – Work through till November 2025!
Responsibilities:
1. To sort and pack products in an extremely fast-paced warehouse environment
2. Work with your team to achieve daily targets set
3. Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to at all times
Requirements:
4. Experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred but no essential - full training will be provided
5. Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions carefully
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Reliable with excellent timekeeping
