GSL Education are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Psychology Graduates to work across a variety of schools in Lincoln and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to gain hands-on experience within Primary, Secondary, and SEN settings.
Responsibilities
The Role:
As a Psychology Graduate, you will support students with a range of learning needs, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and behavioural challenges. You will work closely with teaching staff to provide both academic and pastoral support, gaining valuable classroom experience along the way.
This role will begin on a temporary supply basis, with the potential to move into a longer-term or permanent position.
* Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
* Assist in managing behaviour and promoting positive engagement
* Help deliver tailored interventions for students with additional needs
* Work across different school settings (Primary, Secondary, and SEN)
* Build strong relationships with students and staff
Requirements
* A degree in Psychology (or a related field)
* A genuine interest in working with children and young people
* A proactive, adaptable, and positive approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to work on a flexible, supply basis initially
