Powerforce is seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to ensure seamless operational alignment between our field team and Nestlé's Wholesale Team.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for operational alignment between Powerforce and Nestlé
* Conduct account surgeries with the National Manager, providing valuable insights to stakeholders
* Collate and analyse field insights to inform strategic decision‑making and customer presentations
* Develop and present proposals to optimise operational efficiency and drive performance
* Assess field team performance against Nestlé's expectations, providing regular feedback and identifying areas for improvement
* Conduct monthly field visits with Regional Managers and Business Development Managers to ensure consistent implementation of strategic directives
* Receive full training and ongoing support to enable you to fulfil your role to the best of your potential

Qualifications
* Proven ability to manage and optimise operational processes
* Proficiency in interpreting complex data and market trends
* Ability to effectively communicate insights and proposals to stakeholders
* Experience in coordinating and delivering cross‑functional projects
* Understanding of customer ROI and ability to develop commercially viable solutions
* Advanced skills in Excel and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools like Power BI
