The IT Department designs, builds, and operates the tools, platforms, and interfaces that power the UK's leading mobile infrastructure services.
We're looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst who can bridge business and technical domains. You'll gather requirements, design solutions, and manage stakeholders to deliver high-quality IT systems that meet real business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
6. Analyse requirements and design end-to-end solutions that align with business goals and IT strategy.
7. Create design documentation, As-Is/To-Be diagrams, and high-level specifications for internal and external teams.
8. Work with third-party suppliers to ensure delivery meets functional and non-functional requirements.
9. Use AI-assisted development tools ( Cursor) to create proof-of-concepts for refining requirements.
10. Support design principles that prioritise scalability, reusability, and use of core systems.
11. Advise stakeholders on technical issues, risks, and delivery impact.
12. Collaborate with InfoSec to ensure compliance and protect against data risks.
Requirements:
13. Strong experience bridging business and technical teams.
14. Proven record of delivering integrated, multi-supplier IT solutions with minimal post-live issues.
15. Hands-on experience with:
Azure API Management
Integration & REST APIs
Microsoft Power Platform
16. Experience in systems integration.
Desirable:
17. Experience presenting solutions to governance forums and senior stakeholders.
