Ongoing Role
Responsibilities
* Explaining to customers the progress and updates on their vehicle repairs
* Processing invoices and taking payments
* Upselling products and services to customers
* Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships
Candidate requirements
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Confident, professional, and approachable manner
* Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
* Previous experience in a customer service or automotive role is desirable, but not essential
