This role plays a critical part in maintaining a highly available and resilient Exchange environment supporting a large enterprise user base. Role Overview You will be responsible for the operational stability, performance, and health of the organisation's Microsoft Exchange platform, working within a team that supports one of the largest messaging infrastructures globally. The successful engineer will contribute to incident management, change control, documentation, automation, and continuous service improvement. Key Responsibilities Day‑to‑day operational support of Exchange 2016+ environments, including multi‑node DAGs and clustering across multiple datacentres.
