Our international banking client is seeking a temporary team member for their Client Service team, responsible for the daily servicing of private clients. This is a 6-month contract.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Relationship Manager to onboard new clients.
2. Receive and process client instructions, including payments, security trades, foreign exchanges, notice and fixed deposits, corporate actions, and static data updates.
3. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell the Bank's products and services, and assist in converting leads and recording them in the database.
4. Communicate daily with clients, handle general inquiries, and assist with online banking setup and support.
5. Support client periodic risk reviews and trigger reviews to assess ongoing risks and address KYC/AML shortfalls.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Experience in a financial services client-facing role.
* Strong ability to support and build client relationships in conjunction with the Relationship Manager.
* Proficiency in Outlook and IT skills.
