An award-winning architecture practice, is seeking an Office Manager to keep their vibrant London studio running smoothly and support their talented design team.
This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace where no two days are the same.
The Role - Office Manager
As Office Manager, you'll be the go-to person for studio operations, administration, and team support. You'll ensure everything runs efficiently day-to-day, while also supporting HR, marketing, events, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management: Oversee supplies, equipment, IT coordination, and general studio operations.
Front of House: Act as the welcoming face of the office, managing calls, emails, and client communications.
HR & Onboarding: Support recruitment processes, onboard new team members, and maintain personnel records.
Marketing Support: Assist with social media, website updates, and coordinating marketing materials.
Finance Admin: Manage invoicing, expenses, memberships, and subscriptions.
Events & Culture: Help organise team trips and events, ensuring the studio environment reflects their ethos.
About You
An exceptional communicator, confident with colleagues, clients, and collaborators.
Highly organised with strong time management skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office (and ideally familiar with project management tools like CMAP).
Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to multitask effectively.
Passionate about design, with prior experience in a design-led environment.
Bonus: Adobe InDesign knowledge or experience supporting marketing.(Don't worry if you don't tick every box - if this role excites you, we'd love to hear from you!)
