About the Role:
You'll spend approximately 70% of your time on site, working on diverse projects across multiple locations, with the remaining 30% based in the office or working from home. This blend ensures you gain valuable practical experience while receiving support and training from experienced engineers.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Assisting with programming and commissioning Building Management Systems (BMS) and control systems
* Helping install and modify control panels both in the workshop and on-site
* Learning to integrate control systems with electrical, mechanical, and irrigation systems, including Modbus, Bacnet, and Canbus protocols
* Providing technical support to engineers and customers
* Supporting system testing and ongoing maintenance to ensure reliability
What We're Looking For:
* A genuine interest in control systems, automation, or electrical engineering
* Some prior experience or relevant qualifications (college, apprenticeship, or practical work) in electrical or control engineering
* A willingness to learn and collaborate within a team environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
