Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 6:30am start, 40 hours per week
Salary:£37,000 £62,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

The Role
Were looking for an experiencedPanel Technicianto join a leading accident repair centre in Guildford. Youll be part of a forward-thinking team committed to delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and an exceptional customer experience.
In this role, youll use your technical expertise to complete high-standard repairs, support colleagues, and identify opportunities to improve workshop efficiency and repair quality. This is an exciting opportunity to join a site focused on innovation and continuous improvement within the body repair industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out high-quality panel repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
* Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain workshop performance targets.
* Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced team members.
* Contribute to process improvement and maintain a customer-focused approach.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Proven experience as a Panel Technician in a bodyshop environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Desirable:
* ATA accreditation or equivalent qualification.
* Experience working with a range of makes and models.
