Job Title: Electrical Construction Manager Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 basic salary (including additional company benefits) Location: West London Company Description My client is a leading mechanical & electrical building services contractor, headquartered in central. The business has an annual T/O circa £100 million & offer a complete M&E solution to several leading blue-chip contractors; while predominantly operating across the commercial office, data centre, education, pharmaceutical, hotel & leisure and residential construction sector. In conjunction with a major commercial office shell & core and fit out project (MEP value circa £25 million) located in West London, an exciting opening has now arisen for an Electrical Construction Manager. The successful candidate will take a lead role managing electrical trade contractors ensuring a smooth and successful project delivery, while reporting to an overall M&E Project Manager. Duties & Responsibilities: Managing & coordinating site based electrical trade contractors. Ensuring safe management and control of electrical services installation & ensuring works are carried out in accordance with procedures/ processes. Technical documentation and project reporting including risk assessments, method statements, O&M manuals, technical submittals etc. Attending weekly progress meetings with the client, main contractor and subcontractors. Ensuring key electrical milestones are achieved, with a high quality of installation maintained throughout. Remuneration Package A market leading basic salary up to £75,000. Car allowance/ travel expenses. Contributory pension scheme. Private healthcare. Discretionary bonus (personal KPI/ company performance based). 25 days holiday.
