In our Relief Support Worker role, you'll be providing personal care and support in line with policies and procedures and individualised care and support plans.
Location : Ashley Court - Lincoln
Salary: £12.60 per hour
Contract: Temporary
Your week : 0 hours contract, shifts are 7am to 2pm and 2pm to 9pm
Snapshot of your role
This is what your day will look like as our Relief Support Worker
* Provide for all personal care needs, in line with individual care and support plans.
* Ensure peoples' medication needs are met, prompting and/or administrating medication in line with the Medication Policy and care and support plans as required.
* Maintain and respect all peoples' choices, privacy, confidentiality, dignity, and independence, treating them as individuals.
* Enable people to maximise their independence.
Your toolkit for success
To thrive in our Relief Support Worker role, you'll need:
* Care Certificate in Health & Social Care, or willing to work towards.
* Experience of supporting individuals through paid work, voluntary or lived experience.
* Good verbal and written communication.
* Able to keep legible and accurate records.
