Senior / Principal Electrical Engineer
Location: Chertsey
Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)
We’re recruiting for a global engineering and industrial solutions leader delivering complex plant and infrastructure projects worldwide. They’re seeking a Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer to strengthen their European engineering team and support major operational and project initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead electrical scopes for plant and operations projects.
* Produce technical deliverables, estimates, and execution strategies.
* Review vendor designs for safety, reliability, and compliance.
* Support commissioning, start-up, and technical approvals.
* Collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Requirements
* Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent experience).
* Strong industrial/plant engineering background.
* Practical, hands-on mindset with site experience.
* Strong communication and ability to manage priorities.
* Willingness to travel occasionally.
