About the Role
We are seeking experienced
Senior Programme Managers / Delivery Leads
to oversee a major
Salesforce transformation programme
within the utilities sector. These roles are positioned at a
strategic level
, ensuring alignment of business and technology goals across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead delivery of a multi-year Salesforce programme, ensuring successful implementation of CRM, service, and customer engagement capabilities.
* Partner with senior stakeholders across business and IT, providing strategic alignment, governance, and transparency to executive steering groups.
* Own programme planning, risk management, budgetary control, and overall delivery assurance.
* Oversee integration of Salesforce with legacy platforms and enterprise applications.
* Manage vendor and systems integrator relationships, ensuring accountability and high-quality delivery.
* Drive business change, stakeholder engagement, and communications to support adoption across the organisation.
* Build and coach high-performing teams across delivery, business change, and IT functions.
* Ensure strong governance frameworks and controls are embedded throughout the programme.
Skills & Experience Required
* Demonstrated success leading
large-scale Salesforce transformation programmes
(Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, or equivalent modules).
* Strong track record in
senior programme management, delivery leadership, or portfolio management
.
* Proven ability to engage and influence
C-level and board-level stakeholders
.
* Significant experience managing
multi-year transformation programmes
with complex business and cultural change.
* Deep understanding of programme governance, financial control, and risk management.
* Experience working with
systems integrators and Salesforce delivery partners
.
* Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
Desirable
* Experience in the
utilities, energy, or regulated sectors
.
* Knowledge of customer engagement models, service transformation, or regulatory compliance in utilities.
* Background in digital transformation beyond CRM (e.g., customer portals, billing integration, analytics).
